Quick update:
2/3rd's through this cycle, then I have 4 more Months of 677 to run out a year.
Fat loss has gone down and body weight up about 10 pounds since November and 1.5% BF loss.
put these 2 pics together and matched best I could to show progress…slow and steady wins the race…..
