Hello what should be a proper macro for keto

.5-0.75 g of fat
And 30g carb
I am 198lb 6.2ft 15%body fat
Should i take
198g protein
110g of fat
30g carb
Or
According to lean body mass which is 164lb
164g protein
140g fat
30g carb
Which one should i consider?
Is this ok? Or should i consider total body weight or the lean mass for macro
