LGD and RAD question

what would a lgd 10 mg and rad 10 mg every day 8 week cycle do to my physique, assuming training and diet is right?

Nobody can predict exactly how you will respond. It depends on too many things. Genetics, diet, your training, how you respond to the compounds etc
 
For my first cycle after this quarantine shits over, do u recommend lgd and a rad stack or something like lgd or ostarine. I?m 22, 5?9 about 142 pounds already lean but tryna get more jacked but keeping the same body fat. Like jacked jacked. I already know the pct I wanna do. Lmk . I want my first cycle to be worth it and I will take a break from using them

you are very raw. you can use sarms, but stay away from steroids for a while!

need to get on a good consistent workout program, you have a lot of room to improve
