I've implemented this as well and it's pretty freaking awesome. I think I need to lower the weight a lil as my dumb ass just sticks it in an area versus a specific weight. First two sets are a battle then it gets easier. Nothing too heavy, but leg shouldn't be jumping at the knee. I did quads today, stood up and caught a beautiful cramp that made me jump up on one leg to avoid the cramp. Quads are improving courtesy gear. Now I have noticed some calf improvements, lil extra umphhh and maybe a millimeter of girth. Who knows... black guy calves Meh... Fucking old man pointed that out in gym today. Said I was jacked, but needed calf work... no shit bro. I'm working on it, but that was some hella motivation to get them on swole.
