Hey guys, new here but followed several at EVO....finally found you guys. I've been working out for years, as of late (last 4 months, due to injuries/surgery), couch potatoe. I have used sarms, following Dylan's protocol in the past with good results. I'm three weeks out of shoulder surgery and getting excited to get back to working out and getting in better shape again....I'm 50 years old, 5'10", 210, 20% bf. Paleo diet, my wife pre-makes our meals, I'm at 2400 cal., Dylan, Rock....what would you recommend for getting back into shape, shoulder surgery recovery, cutting bf and dropping 10-15lbs? My last run was GW, ost, s4 and $$$ worth n2 products. I will be using iSarms for sure and looking at 12 weeks...shoulder recovery will dictate upper body, but already started cardio...great board here, information is awesome. Thanks in advance guys.
