I would HIGHLY advise you to watch all of my videos on these.. these are honestly very very basic questions and if you dont know the answers, (which is fine if you're new) it means you have essentially done zero research of your own, and thats NOT GOOD at all...

i have videos and articles in a variety of places so i would HIGHLY suggest watching those and developing an understanding before asking questions and wanting to run anything... you always read first, then ask questions, then decide from all of that info what is best for you but when someone spends countless hours providing free content on all of these topics, it can be taken as an insult to not read and watch first...

S-23 needs a full PCT man. It is very suppressive. I used it, loved it. Felt like when I have run anavar in the past.
