Had a couple questions hopefully you could help me, i think i have gyno( Man boobs ) but im not sure if its just a lot of fat built up around that area. Because my stomach isnt the smallest. Im 5’9 183 lbs. Was wondering if lifting weights would help bring it down, or just doing a no carb diet working out and running would help bring it down. Please if you could help i would appreciate it, this is effecting me mentally and makes me feel insecure in public
