Hey buddy I been watching your videos and i have found them so informational so first and foremost i would like to thank you for your uploads.
I have decided now that i am 32 and been lifting for 17 years that is time for me to give a bit of juice a try, i have had consultations to get programs and as per attached this is what people are telling me to run for my first one.
I was wondering if you could just have a quick look over and tell me if i need to change anything or maybe nothing at all. The only thing i don’t want to run is Clenbuterol

goal to gain some lean mass and then cut so i can end up being 89/90 kg with less body fat
