what time of day are you taking everything?

Quick follow up. i stopped rad 6 days ago. I was taking 15mg in the morning. Had insomnia and started to have high blood pressure ( probably related to the lack of sleep). I guess Rad is not for me. I took it for about 5 weeks. Did recomp 10 pounds of fat into muscle during these weeks tho. High pressure and sleep came back to normal the since the last 2 nights.
I want to try a different sarms for recomp later. I tough about the original stack ( ostarine/s4, or solo one of them). How long do you recommand me to wait before starting a different cycle?

4 weeks after pct is done and you are good to go... if you want to keep it more mild then all three or any of these would be ideal for recomp on the mild end... mk2866, acp-105 and s4... they would stack very very well together...
