I have some

GW 501516 Cardarine​

from sarms.forsale ordered in July 2022. Can I still use it? It's been on my kitchen counter next to the stovetop so idk. I haven't been to the gym for like 2 yrs and starting again. I just quit smoking so I need something to help push me and give me motivation, I just feel like shit and I can't really sleep. I tried melatonin but I sleep for like 3-4 hours then just stay up, it sucks. Any advice?

thats too long man... i wouldnt use it after that amount of time

also i wouldnt be looking at a sarm or steroid to give you motivation... i would start to work on your diet and training, perhaps take a nootropic but the answer is not in just hoping a PED will do that for you

Yes - put meds in a cool dark dry place. Not next to the stove top
