Hi all - I am new here, but have been reading through the threads and have found an abundance of information.
I am 36 years old and I race stand up paddleboards and swim and ride mtn bikes for recreation.
About a year ago I went to a Dr. because my endurance and recovery weren't what they used to be when I was younger. He prescribed my HGH and testosterone, which I have been on for about a year (2IU HGH 5 days on, 2 days off/week and testosterone cream - 200mg per/day - 6 days on 1 day off /week.
I was wondering if you guys have any suggestions for additional endurance gains?
I've been researching Cardarine GW 501516, but wondering how that would work with what I am currently taking.
