Hi, i wanna start the year with a cut to get back in shape, i thought id give Carderine (GW-501516) a try.
Questions:
1. How much carbs, fat & protein?
2. How much caloric deficit? I thought about 1000kcal
3. will i loose muscle? Some say yes, some say no, some say it depends on how much kcal u eat
4. How strong is this shit? How much fat could i really loose? More like 1kg or extreme amounts?
5. I have a bottle with 60 pills, 10mg each. Should i take 10mg everyday for 8 weeks or 20mg a day for 4 weeks?
(if you ask why i only have 60 pills: i didnt actually buy them, it was a christmas present from a friend)
