Carderine Cutting, Questions (first time using any enhancer)

Hi, i wanna start the year with a cut to get back in shape, i thought id give Carderine (GW-501516) a try.

Questions:

1. How much carbs, fat & protein?
2. How much caloric deficit? I thought about 1000kcal
3. will i loose muscle? Some say yes, some say no, some say it depends on how much kcal u eat
4. How strong is this shit? How much fat could i really loose? More like 1kg or extreme amounts?
5. I have a bottle with 60 pills, 10mg each. Should i take 10mg everyday for 8 weeks or 20mg a day for 4 weeks?
(if you ask why i only have 60 pills: i didnt actually buy them, it was a christmas present from a friend)

hope someone can help me and maybe also share his experience :)

2. 1000 is too large of a deficit... start 350 below

3. if you only use gw, there is a chance you will but it generally helps prevent muscle wastage but if you go crazy on your deficit, you will lose muscle...

4. bro, have you done ANY research on your own? i mean, i spent so many hours and hours writing articles doing videos and you could easily use the search bar here to see everyones feedback... im all about answering questions, i do it all day but you have literally done nothing on your own

5. those are likely not sarms so good luck

one last question: Should i do less muscle training and more cardio? Or should i just continue my regular workout (muscle training with no cardio at all)? Because im worried about loosing even more muscle mass when i do extreme amounts of cardio, but otherwise if i dont do much cardio i won't loose that much fat :/

the whole point in using gw is about the cardio and endurance increases and if your goal is to lose fat then cardio is a must... you can stack gw, with s4 and rad and cut like crazy and not sacrifice any muscle... do you want to see the layout?
