You can take as much as 50mg of anavar per day before you experience the usual diminishing results, but you should never run any oral longer than 6 weeks, and you should always take n2guard with every oral cycle to ensure long-term internal organ health. Just run ostarine 25mg per day for 12 weeks and use anavar 50mr per day for the first 6 weeks of that, and stack hCGenerate with the ostarine once you discontinue the anavar around week 7. Great cycle stack that way
It is not a good idea to use Anavar, or any other oral steroid, for more than 6-8 weeks. Therefore, if you really want to cut well, better go with Cardarine GW-501516 and N2Slin - this stack is very effective for cutting. Also, if you combine it with Ostarine you will get some awesome recomping effects. I have used this stack several times, and the results always exceeded my expectations. In any case, if you still want to run anavar, make sure to use a good liver supporting supplement, because in spite of being a mild steroid, it is liver toxic. Such supplement as N2Guard will be a very good addition to the cycle.
