hello Dylan i was wondering if u could guide me up on what to use / do as a completely new user ( never done orals , never done gear , never done sarms ) i been lifting about 6 years im 25 years old made some really good progress how ever for the past year i been stuck on my main lifts 90 lb dumbbell shoulder press x5 245 bench press x5 dead lift 400 x 4 and squats 315 x4 ive tried everything and it seems im not getting much bigger or stronger at all so i tough to jump on the sarm route as i am a new user and i dont know how will my body react to it that been said what would you recommend me to use if im trying to bulk up a litle bit maybe about 10 lbs or so and lose some fat if possible as increase my numbers on lifts also how would i have to change my routine in order for me to make the most out of the cycle and how much should i up my calorie intake ? im 6,1 186 lbs at 13% bf thanks on advance i appreciate your help .
