8 month Injury comeback cycle

Almost 40, 185cm, 97kg. Serious gym: 11 years.

Long story short, had a selfhealed fracture that keept me from training heavy since november. Soon to be reshaped by surgery so im out again until July. Aprox 8 month of absence from gym when you sum it up. Have been doing cardio and made some light training to fill my time so im still in desent shape, but the new upcoming period of 8 weeks no training will set me back once again.


Before injury, 101kg aprox 15% bodyfat +/- 1%. Deads 250kg, Squat 220kg and bench 170kg. Caloriemaintance for me are 3500 when training 5x week, weightstable at that. 97kg today and about the same fat %. My plan is to do a clean bulk, on the verge of recomp. Aiming at 4000-4500kcal. If my fat increase il adjust. (Doing bodyscan). Diet is moderate carb and high protein, fat. Im more of 80s diet then the modern carbload. I get bloated on to many carbs and blodsugar rise. Just the way some bodies handle carbs said the doc. I do tolerate it in normal range, so its not that. But at 6000 kcal bulk i hade a slight offset in longtime suger and it dropped afterwards. This diet is more like my ordinary day also, what i like to eat.

Training for for mass/estetics, not strenght. Brosplit 5x week.


The cycle

Tren is out, to harsh and cant sleep on that mf.

1-16 300mg Cyp (Past experience doesnt make my gains much better with higher test, just e2 rocket for me)
1-16 600mg EQ
1-16 300mg Deca (Loved it in every way from 250 to 500)
1 ---> Mk677 10mg ed. (Could go 20mg but the price increase for me doesnt add up to the benefits)
1-18 5mg Cialis ed
2-18 12.5mg Aromasin 2x week
2-18 .25mg Caber 2x week
18 ---> No pct just back to HRT.

Maybe add dbol somewhere in the cycle if the injury feels good and my tendons are in line, i get mad strenght from it. Already possess this thats why i dont look at Tbol. I laso feel really good on it.

At hand, letro and nolva to bail out gyno worst case scenario. I do drop blood halfway though and before so the HB/BP are in line.

Cardarine would be nice, but its expensive here so probebly will skip it.

I do respond well to DHT and feel good on mast, so im torn between that and EQ. I know EQ is a better builder but it doesnt make me feel great. I could also skip deca for mast but since the goal is mass i can see the bigger benefit of 19nor. Have no good source for legit primo, otherwise i would love to try it. Have source for DHB though, never tried it.

Thats it dudes, something you would do different?
 
test, deca and dhb would be a very nice cycle and if you dont feel good on eq, there is zero reason to use it.. dhb would complement deca very nicely...

It would be fun to try something new and iv been looking at DHB for a while. Its a DHT and stronger then mast so this is intresting. If i find a good primo source i would probebly opt for that. I dont hate EQ but i also dont feel that it in my 2 times used had significant impact like dbol, mast and deca gave me.

Do you know i DHB is faked alot like Primo? If yes, what compound do they use instead?

there is no excuse today for any source to be faking products since we can send it off to be tested. they would get caught fast. so use high quality sources.
