whatever the case may be in terms of someone stopping working out or falling off.. as long as its recognized and someone is starting back at it, thats what matters... ive never in my life stopped regardless but EVERY PERSONS SITUATION IS DIFFERENT so whatever that may be, it is what it is, just as long as someone recognizes it and does something about it! THATS whats most important.. OF COURSE ideally you just go, go and go but lets be realistic in understanding thats a very very very small part of the entire population that can make that happen...
