    Sarms bridge recommendations

    To the moderators,
Can you recommend a good bridge between AAS cycles. My sarms experience is low but IÂ’ve ran several AAS cycles. IÂ’m 2-3 months away from next cycle if pre-bloods come back good.

IÂ’m on a TRT dose of test now.
    6Â’1
    230lbs
    14-15% bf.

I bulked on last cycle which I made great gains but added a little BF during process.

Goals: lean muscle only. I donÂ’t need to bulk. Would like to get to 12%bf
Want to make some small steady gains or maintain things as my body heals.

    I was thinking of maybe
    GW
    RAD
    S4

How long do I need to run this cycle to see positive improvement.

Does it have to be full 12 weeks?

I have 8 weeks til my next AAS cycle
    Thank you in advance.

they dont even peak until week 8... you can see results but you are cutting it short and just leaving gains on the table..

I’m pretty sure I read you can run sarms during AAS cycle. What’s your thoughts on that?
Probably I should just finish the full sarm cycle then start the AAS.

    My cycle will be:
    Test
    Primo
    Bold Cyp
    GW
