    New to SARMs - crossfit stack

    I will be concise - but first wanted to say thank you for the constant information and feedback - for beginners it is very helpful and appreciated.

    28 y/o male without history of SARMs use.
    Weight training for 8 years, Olympic lifting for 5 years, crossfit for just under 2.

    11.1 % body fat at 180 lbs - 5ft10inch

    Have dieted over the past 2 years to get down from 20% body fat and have been stuck at 10-12 for some time. GOAL: lean down and bulk up - endurance gains will come with training and is a secondary goal for me with this.

    After looking through previous posts this is what I think would be appropriate and safe. I?m nervous about side effects because it?s my first time so I would be willing to start with two if that?s suggested I am just in uncharted territory with this. Thank you in advance.

    Cardarine 20 mg once a day in the am weeks 1-12
    Testolone 20 mg once a day in the am
    Weeks 1-12
    Andarine 50 mg split in two doses 25 in the am 25 4-6 hours later

    PCT 8-12

    I think Dylan answered a similar question a week or so ago on CrossFit stack if you search for it.

    I mean the stack above with all 3 would be great too.

    PCT is after you finish the cycle so 4 weeks after your 12 week cycle is complete.

    you are completely fine to run 3 on a first cycle, even four... remember that gw has zero side effects and is non suppressive and so is sr9009, which i would also add here... so right off the bat, two of them would have zero sides..

    Yes, running all four would actually be just fine, as Dylan pointed out, considering that two are non suppressive with basically no sides. The four of these together is an ultimate Crossfit Stack to say the least.

    Great recommendation above. I have used all of those compounds and can see how they would fit together for a nice CrossFit stack. At your low bodyfat, you will love how the S4 hardens your muscles. Keep us updated on what you decide to run.
