What Matt posted looks solid (For what it's worth l like taking Mk677 before bed) however l would reiterate the fact you're bf% is high leading me to believe training, diet and consistency can be better.
You haven't given us much to work on either - This is taken from the "READ ME FIRST" sticky. I'd be curious to know how long you've been training and had a decent diet in place for.
