Effects of lgd on a maintain diet?

I am fine with my body type now but want to increase my lifts as much as I can without putting on the most size (maybe a little). If I stacked lgd and ostarine, and just at a normal diet instead of a caloric increase, could I still gain strength and increases in my lift from lgd? Or a complete waste?

Yes you can still make gains while at maintenance. You can even make gains in a defecit. Just keep in mind that the lower the intake the lower the gains. Obviously a surplus will produce more gains
