46 year old steroid cycle

I am 46 years old and took primobolan and test cypionate for 2 months. I just went for my annual PSA test and it spiked up to 38.4 and took a second blood draw which came back at 28. I was wondering if this is normal with primobolan? This was the first time using it. Last year my PSA was 2.2.

You need a full work up...at that level PSA he'll most likely want to do a biopsy
Do it now...prostrate cancer is nothing to procrastinate about

yes, dht steroids can definitely cause this but at your age, you best get to the urologist asap and stop wasting time...

it is definitely scary... either there is a huge disagreement with steroids or there are other underlying issues...

At your age bro I would avoid DHT compounds. That's just me I personally can't run them at all and I'm 47.
