So here I am watching the game and cooking in the kitchen getting shit ready for tomorrow. The girls went sledding so I have nice piece and quiet in the house. But anyway there was a topic about he diet and eating a lot of calories and nothing tastes good. What I do is make a side of mushrooms and onions with my meals. I love shrooms so I cook them put some salt and pepper about 15 min until all is cooked and almost brown and put it in my Tupperware next to my meat and other veggies with all my meat meals. It taste great gives u extra flavor to the same shit that u eat every day. The best shrooms to use are shiitake because they are antioxidants but they are very expensive. So I just go with brown shrooms. If u like them give it shot u will like it
