Newbie, info on picking first cycle.

Height - 6'
Weight - 212
Body fat % - 20%
Years of training - 6
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) - no history
PCT for each cycle
Goals - Just finished a 5 months bulk, will be cutting in 1 month, goal is to cut down and put on some muscle
Supplements (if any) creatine, protein
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) no food allergies.
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.) no surgeries, or injuries.

Looking into getting into my first cycle. Definitley looking for something low in test to ease my body into it. Sustanon 250 has stuck out for me as I have had a couple friends do it with great results.

Goal is to hit 225 lean muscle. Any advice/tips is greatly appreciated!
 
Bro at 20% AAS isn't a good idea. The higher your body fat the more aromatization you'll get, the higher risk of high blood pressure. SARMS are a much better option at this point. You can cut down without those risks and make some gains, then if the future get on gear

At that bodyfat level you cannot use steroids safety. Also the last thing you should be doing right now is bulking when you have that much fat. You need to get into better shape
 
Thanks 4 posting stats, but yeah BF is way too high.

What are you typically eating?
 
20% may have been a bit high of a estimate of BF, I can see my top two abbs so I may be closer to 15%.

I can still see most of my muscle definition, so wouldn't say im too high for BF percentage.

I take a shake of rivalus weight gainer per day - 60 g Protien, 900 calorie. then breakfast is 4 eggs cup of hashbrown, couple small snacks throughout day, dinner is usually chicken breast rice, or beans rice and salsa.

I will get my BF measured for more accurate results. What is an ideal BF to do start steroids on at?

You need to be under 15% but I personally think people should be under 12 or 13%. The better shape you are in the better results you will get, the less aromatizing to estrogen, less side effects, etc

Okay, so I'll be starting my cut February 1st, so couple months from then I will look into starting a cycle.

Would sustanon 250 be a good one to start with? Or what would you reccomend?
 
Cheese, crackers, nuts, veggies, ect.

I'm eating a surplus of 300-500 calories per day above maintinence.
 
Chicken breast is a staple. Just about everything else has to go.

Cheese, crackers, weight gainer shakes (with milk or water?) Salsa; lots of sugar in tomato.

Your high body fat may (believe it or not) be due to your LACK of eating. I get the impression that your body is in starvation mode because "snacks" aren't enough for a guy your size and age.

Suggestion would be to change to 6 proportioned meals a day.

Without knowing you no 1 can say what that should be, a qualified nutrition expert would be a good person to start with.
 
first off go get a dexa scan
second have a complete blood work up
third...dial in your macro's and train hard for a couple years
