How much coffee are you drinking to make it jump up that high? Usually it takes quite a bit on stimulants to do that, so maybe you just need to cut back on the coffee a bit

lol none bro, i dont drink coffee. It was more so to give people a different perspective on what to expect when consuming any product that may increase BP and if it was a common product such as coffee and how would people then feel about the BP increase compared to BP increase due to supplements or certain drugs. Point being that there are many compounds and factors that can increase BP, and the difference in having increased BP due to a medical issue compared to being artificially induced by consumption of products/diet/surroundings are tremendous

If you are retaining water from the MK677, it's entirely possible your BP increased. It's extremely important while on MK677 to make sure you have the right amount of potassium intake to mitigate that side effect. It is night and day with minimizing water retention.

The fact that you have gained 17 lbs in 4 weeks tells me you are more than likely retaining a fair amount of water, which is the likely root of your problems

Yea... its been constant... went to a site today and a tech took my BP 168/110... I'm going to start drinking a buttload of water.... I have noticed I felt better today... not taking the MK... last I took was yesterday in the am... so its just been a day

what time of day are you taking your BP and what method are you using to take your BP and please do not say you are going to the local CVS and theyre hooking you up to the common machine because those are not as accurate. And is this after a workout ? because your BP can remain increased for hours after, i mean even walking to the clinic or stressing over anything can give you an increased reading. Do you drink any coffee, take caffeine or pre workouts ?

No Bro... I work at Imaging Centers and hospitals... The Nurses & Technologist take care of me..... I do drink a cup of coffee in the Morning which is going to stop

i think I figured it out.... eating too much sodium, not enough potassium and water plus stress at my job... once I thought about it the wife salts the food... Good food but still salted, plus eating twice as much if not more (226lbs oct 1 oct 28th 243lbs) Ive lifted since 1976 and I had little muscle memory going on too.... So thats a lot of stress on the body.... Plan to wash out with water this weekend, absollutly no salt til my pressure goes down....

Seems as though you either have essential hypertension, which diet (along with stress) seems to be a very possible culprit and an easy fix with a very simple adjustment. Or possibly drug-induced hypertension. Have you been taking your blood pressure post workouts or have they been at a rested state upon waking ?

No.... haven't taken my BP post workout..... I get it checked while I'm at work ... not drug induced unless your talking sarms

ok yeah the retaining water I can see being a problem. not only drinking a lot of water, but limiting sodium and getting enough potassium, magnesium, calcium, etc.

Drank a lot of water last night also looked online for the daily recommendation of potassium and it was 4700mg... I wasn't even close... so I took like 2 doses of 1000mg and this morning I'm feeling a big big difference.... body looks like it stripped ALOT of water as well.(241 this morning).and my skin is not looking as red. So... yea... my own negligence not taking the heed about sodium and potassium seriously enough while on cycle and/or ... not paying attention to my intake..... Just want to say thanks to everyone for your inputs and help with this issue!! Some upright Bros !! I was almost in panic mode there.... Never had BP like that before...

thanks again!!

That will absolutely do it bro. All of those things have compounded on you giving you the high water retention and higher blood pressure. Now you just have to alleviate those things

I'm glad you got it figured all figured out bro. Proper electrolyte balance and water intake is crucial to this lifestyle. I can't state that enough

every thing you listed would contribute to high bp.. too high of sodium, not enough potassium and sever stress... bro, you are WAY smarter than that to not know the culprit here... for fucks sake.. dont be the smart dumb guy! LOLLL JUST KIDDING but in all seriousness, you know what the issue is here brother... now you know the issue, lets address it and get you right!

Worked out this morning and checked my BP 2 hrs later and it was 126/81 .... I wasn't paying attention to my sodium/potassium ratio... bottom line.... Thanks Brahs!! back in action!!

Told you nothing for to worry about, lol. Simple fix, glad to hear you were able to resolve your concerns.

So what's your plan for your current cycle now moving forward ? Dosage ?

Well... I'm going to keep on going... have 4 weeks on and 8 more to go ... also for now... I'm going to drop the MK 677 to 12.5mg and see what happens.... i think that flu shot knocked my electrolytes way out, thats when I started "not feeling right" ..then it went exponentially from there FAST!!....

12.5mg MK 677
20mg GW
10mg lgd

Then a post PCT
clomid 50/25/25/25 sarmx
GW 10mg
MK 677 12.5

I learned quite a bit on this sarms cycle, over the weekend I lost a lot of water and I'm 240 right now.(+16lbs since start).. So my plan is to just see where I end up after 12 weeks. Just fill in what I have now... So I hope to end up around 236...

Hats off to all on this site..I don't know how you guys do it with the gear...... Late friday my pressure was 192/125....So I'm really grateful for all the advise.... back down to 126/81 this morning.... Dylan and everyone gave me the heads up and warning about the potassium and I half assed it .....

I don't see a problem with you just running the mk677 as intended at the 25mg dose, now that you know what you need to do to control water retention. As long as you are doing those things you should have on issues at all brother. 25mg really is where its intended to be ran

hey there Rick... yea... I'm going to creep back up to 25mg after a few days if everything goes well... keeping a close eye on my BP and water retention as well
