Hey fam, my stats 24/176/79/%16-17(no abs) Firstly, i have turinabol from my friend i'm willing to combine it with some sort of test.(if you say don't use tbol it's okay) My goal is actually getting leaner and more mascular. I know it's hard but plannig well macro plans and morning cardios can help me with my goal i guess. Waiting for your answers thanks for reading.
 
Welcome bro. First red flag for me is your BF% is a little high. Most here would strongly suggest you get it down before going on cycle. The higher your BF the more likely you are to get sides.
That being said, first cycle should be test only. You'll see plenty of gains if you are training, resting, and eating correctly.
But aas are the sprinkles on the ice cream. You have to have the foundation of training and diet in check or you won't get out what you want with aas.

Huh 79in so your 6 ft 7 in at 176 lbs and no abs. Not trying too be mean but thats like no muscle at all that means you havent been training serious long enough too even consider steroids . Do as you wish but my recomendation is clean up your diet but keep quality calorie fairly high and lift heavy 6 days a week and keep steroids down too researching and reading for now your not ready yet

I know my stats seems bad but 2 years ago i was 64kg and still no abs, i don't wanna blame genetics but all fats sit on my belly my upper parts and legs seem so much leaner.
 
Bro you are still way young for steroids, and your bodyfat is too high. Steroids are not used for fat burning either, and there are far better options for your goals.

Fat going to abdomen is not genetics. That's hormones and diet. Your stats 2 years ago is irrelevant. You're still far too underweight to be doing steroids your game is way off which means you haven't gotten to the level of steroids yet.

Okay guys regard to what you said I'm gonna work on lowering my bodyfat. Here is last question, can i use oxandrolone? is it fine for me? It's said that it prevents from muscle loss and i will do some fasted morning cardios it might help me i guess. And second thing it will help me MENTALLY. Mentaility is the key for me. Using sth like anavar can keep me motivated.

I hope thats not right bro, 6'7" at 176lbs and 16-17% bf is horrible just to even imagine. I'm thinking he meant his height is 176cm and his weight is 79kg. That would come out to 5'9" and 174 lbs which sounds more realistic. Still the same advice follows.. not enough experience in this lifestyle to touch aas. You need to focus on the basics of training and nutrition.
