Experience:I've ran cycles before recklessly in the past with no AI.Only TestC.I've done one sarms stack,the triple stack.I doubled the S4 towards the end with minimal sides & awesome results.

Been on TRT for 7 years.150mgs TestC per wk

Diet:I log every single calorie I eat or drink & track macros meticulously.I have been doing this for three years & lost 60lbs of fat in 9mo.I carb load & go LCHF when I feel it's necessary.

I train 5 days a week & do cardio 3x's a week.Every weight session takes me 60-75min.I work biceps twice a week because no matter what I do to them,they just don't respond as well as my other muscles.They're proportioned well,but could always be bigger.Twice a week has been working for me the past 6 weeks.

Day 1:Legs/Biceps
Day 2:Chest
Day 3:Back
Day 4:Rest
Day 5:Arms
Day 6:Shoulders/Abs
Day 7:Rest

1-12 TestC 350mgs(after week 8 bump to 400mgs)
1-12 Aromasin 12.5 mg EOD
1-12 LGD-4033 10mg ED
1-6 Tbol 50mgs
1-12 Cel Cycle Assist*
6-12 S4 100mgs ED dosed 50mgs twice a day
6-12 Winstrol 30mgs
6-12 Sr9009 30mgs dosed every 2-3 hrs

No PCT back on TRT

Supplements:Fish oil,Prostate support,Cardiovascular support,Liver support*,Creatine,BCAAs,Whey Protein,TripleX pwo,vitamin D3,C & B12(possibly injectable B12,looking into it)

My goal is to focus on bulk for the first half of this cycle with a 300 cal surplus above maintenence,then to cut on the second half with a 200 cal deficit.I'd like to put on 12-15lbs of LBM with little or no bloat for the duration of the cycle.

your definitely on the right track but why are you running s4 and sr for such a short period of time? those should start week 1-12... otherwise, dosing looks good, compound selection looks good etc.. i like your dosing, even though your winstrol is going to get remarks from some about running it at 50, ive ran it at 25 before as a test and still got A LOT from it, and trust me, about week 4 or 5 on winstrol, i know my liver starts telling me its had enough... i get lethargic and that's a clear indication of your liver having had enough... so most of this is spot on...

yes bro, ive said time and time again that winstrol is very effective at a lower dose as well... good luck with the cycle... keep us updated on your results...
 
I really like this layout a lot bro. Anybody that follows my cycle strategies knows I'm a firm believer in 12 week cycles with the first half being a bulk, and the second half being a cut once myostatin reaches peak. I think you have a very solid plan together, and actually looks like something I'd set up myself! I think this will work great for you bud. Keep us posted on how it goes

There are so many variables it's really hard o say. Possible? Definitely....however, you have a decent a,punt of muscle on you already, so I don't know that you'll gain that much compared to someone that is undersized that would blow up on it.

For example, no matter what I run I'm happy if I can gain 3 lbs of lean mass on cycle now, because of where I'm at in relation to my genetic limit. Once you reach a certain point, you literally have to fight like hell to earn every pound. They don't oneness.y as easy as they do when you are starting out

Your posts were an inspiration to this cycle bro.I've learned more than you could know from reading the stuff you put out there.The reason I'm going from 350 to 400 at the 8 wk mark is because of your myostatin thread.

This is my first multiple compound cycle,so I'm hoping for the best.If I put on 10 lean lbs I'll be happy.

completely unnecessary and tremendously overthinking... not only is rick near genetic limit but he is far more experienced and its far easier to gain a lot more on your first few cycles as opposed to later... factoring in both of these scenarios, your not at that point right now... you DO NOT need hgh right now and your way overthinking... your really just in the beginning phases of cycling... you dont just keep adding things especially just throwing in hgh... completely unnecessary bro

ahhhh i see what you meant... your were asking if it would help him... actually on that one, your thinking is quite right although he has been using mk677 and has been seriously loving it... hgh is the next step up and with his experience its a good option... although it may not be necessary either... many are so quick to jump on it when they do not need to... either way, all good brother... your going about everything the right way and you always listen and learn, which will get you far past your goals...

I feel the higher concentration of S4,& SR along with the mild dose of winny would be a good drying/hardening effect,for the post part anyway.Admittedly I put more thought into the cut than the bulk but I'm happy with the early bulk load,LGD,TestC & Tbol.Mostly all dry compounds.
 
The only issue I see is running two orals back to back for a total of 12 weeks may be a bit taxing. Maybe run the tbol for 1-5 and then winni 8-12. Just to have a slight break and go easy on your liver.

I like the idea of a bump in test @ the mid way point, maybe bump it up in week 7 as opposed to 8 but that's something you an judge when the time comes based on how the cycle is going @ that time. Meaning if you're still gaining you may not even have to bump it @ all.

I also like the winny dose. That dose is jussssssssst about the sweet spot for me as well.

I like your training split as well. Nice schedule on/off schedule and you have it as "Day 1 train this" not "Monday train this"...it may work out that every Monday is chest, but you're not married to that, which I like.

I'm not an expert on T-bol & Sarms but Dylan & Rick gotcha covered.

I'm not a fan of creatine due to the water retention but I like the BCAA's and Vitamin D3. Those and a multivitamin should be standard.

Overall nice set up bossman.
