Ok I'm old school, I believe in one body part a day and fasted cardio in mornings. Would supersets work better to trim down while using s4 or continue on with my normal routine and 30 second rest periods?

i have a video coming soon on the myth of fasted cardio, which it is, a myth... trust me... im not a one body part a day fan whatsoever but to each their own... now, to trim down, yes, supersets would be beneficial if you are keeping rest time 30-45 seconds in between sets... you will do higher reps at lower weight... volume training... by building muscular endurance, you will have the ability to drop weight faster... i would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend adding gw-501516 with s4... you have no clue what your missing for cutting without it and just these two can do amazing things for you

Anything that keeps your heart rate higher with more activity during a workout will result in more caloric expenditure that gives more fat loss, so yes your workout style can affect that. Just make sure your workout performance isn't negatively impacted by raising intensity too high to where your lifts are down. You still want to focus on hypertrophy
