Historically, I have had probably 4 years of training on-and-off, combined, in my late-teens and 20's, mainly (the longest stretch I tracked being about 9 months straight). Last year, I began working out again after about 5 years off, and was consistent the whole year, always increasing intensity. I started out going a couple times a week, and worked up to about 6 times a week by the end of the year, as well as dialed in my diet.

The first pic was taken the first week into my 1st SARMS cycle (Summer Cut) on 7-2-18. The Second pic was taken yesterday, 6 weeks into my 2nd SARMs cycle (Winter Cut) on 1-18-19.

Can anyone estimate my body fat at the moment, I would love to hear, as well as any other feedback?

I'm 35 yo
180 lbs (in both pics)
5'11.5"

Thanks guys!!!

To be honest mate your photos defiantly show me that you are higher then around 13%. Im near 13% and have a look at some of my logs . Id say your more around the 15-17 %

Ya, I agree, I was surprised and thought I was definitely at a higher BF % too. I've seen your logs!! Thanks for helping me figure it out man

Hey guys, I’d appreciate a little advice: I just got my bloodwork back, and my Test is very low at 6 weeks Mid-2nd SARMS Cycle, and lower than it was at 8/12 wks on my 1st SARMS Cycle.

1st SARMS cycle:
When I found out my test was lower than expected on my first SARMS cycle, I figured maybe it was because I had waited until almost week 9 before getting bloodwork, as well as that I have done AAS in the past, though not for over 5 years. I understood from advice given here that I should still recover from the suppression of my 1st cycle, because my LH/FSH was not shutdown.

So, I finished the cycle, and took DGA Post CT during weeks 9-12, as well as added it in during PCT, then took a month off and got bloodwork again. My test levels were back in the normal range, though not quite as high as before cycle, so I took DGA Post CT for about another month, as was suggested, and then started my 2nd SARMS cycle.

2nd SARMS Cycle:
I decided that since I was trying a new batch of SARMS, and it was my second time around, I’d increased the doses of the Rad and S4 slightly (still within the recommended does, but on the high-end), get bloodwork exactly at 6 weeks, and assess. I did not use a natural test booster during this time though, to give my body a break, so that I could utilize it again for up to 3 months in a row, if needed. (I can still get hard and everything, but balls have definitely shrank up the last couple weeks)

My Overall Goals are to continue to build base of size and strength, while cutting until at a low enough percentage of BF to do a Test only cycle of 350 mg/wk this summer. I love the performance enhancements of the SARMS, but as low as my test gets, I’d rather do one AAS cycle a year for maybe the next 5 years, until I eventually need TRT, and then blast and cruise after that.

Am I currently at risk of complete shutdown? Or will I likely recover like last time because LH/FSH is still ok? Should I stop the cycle, start PCT and DGA Post CT? Should I finish the cycle, take DGA for the next 3 months and prepare for the possibility of full PCT?

Additionally, there has been one other consistently low value (MCHC) for the last 3 bloods, which was suggested I watch and could be due to low iron. I’m thinking of supplementing iron (25mg) until the next time I get bloodwork. Thoughts…

Also, my IGF-1 levels are less at month 6 than at month 4 on MK677. I dose at night, and got bloods drawn, fasted, in the morning. Should levels fluctuate?

Thanks in advance, for any information from this knowledgable board is greatly appreciated.

Here is last 3 Bloods of First SARMS Cycle:

Pre-Cycle Blood Work (March 2018):

Total Test: 751 (240-871)
Estradiol: 18.2 (10-42)
LH: 5.4 (0.6-12.1)

Mid-Cycle Blood Work (August 2018)

TEST: 179.28 (123.06-813.06)
E2: 21 (0-40)
LH: 2.05 (1.7-8.6)
FSH: 4.7 (91.5-12.4)

POST-CYCLE BLOODWORK (NOVEMBER 2018)

TEST: 473.15 (123.06-813.06)
E2: 28 (0-40)
LH: 3.29 (1.7-8.6)
FSH: 4.7 (1.5 - 12.4)
IGF-1: 211 (88-246)

Did you get pre-bloods on this second cycle to see if your POST cycle test levels from November have climbed at all? 473 isn't terrible but it aint 750 either .

Good point. Regrettably, I did not. I considered my Post-cyle bloods to be good enough for my pre-cycle bloods because I figured that at much as my test had risen in 4 weeks of pct, that 4 more weeks of more of natural test boost would take me high enough to start the cycle...

I had already done twice the recommended time off, and 3x's the recommended natural test boost, so I figured I'd be ok.

That should defiantly had helped taking that extra time between cycles . I guess the benefits of bloods is you have hard facts and a chart you can use for future cycles to see how well you recover. Generally as you get older recovery phases can take longer. Of course diet , lifestyle , bf % etc can all affect this .
