What do you eat for your healthy fats?

Avocado, olive oil, nuts and from animal sources, namely red meat and egg yolks. I find I cannot gain any mass or even cut well if I drop my fat intake too low.

Olive oil, 2 whole eggs daily, and 2 one bars. One bars taste waayyy better than the quest bars!

A little red meat, bison, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado, almonds, cashews or pistachios. Obviously not all at once. I like to vary the sources from week to week.

Being on Keto for last 8 weeks (w/o cheating even a single day, minus 20 gms carbs every day), I use coconut oil, olive oil, flax seed oil and my favorite, Dave Polumbo's "Macadamia Nut" oil. I actually take several tablespoons of oil a day, and by far, the easiest and best, are coconut oil and Dave's Mac Oil. The Mac oil is the best.
