What do you eat for your healthy fats?

I thought it would be good for everyone to share what they eat as their healthy fats or just fats in general...

For me, clearly i do not take in much in the fat department... I get all of mine through peanut butter and olive oil... sometimes with pistachios as well but thats entirely where mine come from... everything else i have has little to none aside from the once a day quest bar... This has been the most effective for me to keep the type of body type I want...

Olive oil, pumpkin seeds, avocado, natural peanut butter. Majority of mine.

I've been on a big olive oil kick lately. I've always used it as my primary fat source but I'm enjoying it more. Pistachios, peanuts, coconut oil occasionally
