What are your thoughts on BPC 157

Shoulder is shot and I have had plantar fasciitis for over a year. Need some healing.
If you have any other suggestions I am all ears.
Just started back in the gym currently on semorlin 9 and 3 ghrp doctor prescribed 4 month.
