Great news about the blood glucose, check for first time and a week on 13-15mg daily, was 97.
Taking 3+ hours fasted at night, if I eat too soon before bed I set a timer to wake up and take it.

I also think I got the timing right after excessive research, sense this mk is sublingual I take it right before I got to sleep after over an hour of sleeping so they insulin doesnt mess with thr GH release, dont wake up like i did at like 1am to take it, your stomach doesnt have to be completely empty but your insulin cant be too elevated.

I need to get larger lances for my thick skin to test my blood glucose then if it under 100 which my dosages have been 13-17mg ill increase to 20mg. Positive effects and insane dreams.

Well, i learned something a few weeks ago. When you wake up, when ive been taking my glucose levels, your liver dumps suavr into blood stream which has been elevating my blood sugar levels, been doing 20mg nightly and feel great, would recomend, it works.
