For my first cycle of testosterone enanthate only, would it be wise to stick to protein with low saturated fat and low cholesterol? Such as chicken breasts, turkey, pork tenderloin, some fish, egg whites (no yolks)?
 
you need some fats but yes you are right on the money with protein choices. how bout carbs and fats? and what are your goals for the cycle.
 
Goals, like to keep it simple. Continue to lift heavy more frequently and not have to keep being in such a caloric deficit. As far as carbs go, not afraid of them! I'll eat the high impact/fast absorbing ones after the iron sessions and the low impact/lower glycemic ones at all other times. I like to do the bulk of those in the evening. Now fats, as hopefully most of us here all know, a little goes a long way. I like to steer clear of high saturated fats and aim for the mono and poly unsaturated fats. Nuts, olive oil, avocados, coconut, fish oil.

Dude that's about the only protein you should be eating imo bro. All I eat regularly is chicken, fish and fuck yeah.... steak. I squeeze some other seafood in on occasion.

The pork tenderloin has like 2 grams of fat and .05 grams saturated fat per 4 ounce serving. It's great marinated! By the way, the chuck roast came out abondonzza! The meat just fell apart at the touch of a fork. It was like prime rib!

Honestly any sort of protein will work. Personally I love fish, like salmon but just be careful how much you consume lots of good fats but you don't want to over do it. I tend to stick to chicken and fish. Egg whites and a few whole eggs. I also keep the majority of my fats in the morning and lunch time.

How much Test E are you running? Just curious why not Test C?
 
Going to start 300 mg per week. Initially I opted for Test C, but my BBLDER acquaintance says his guy only has Test E. Love salmon with Caribbean jerk seasoning!
 
I was just wondering from a health standpoint what source of protein would be best coupled with a test cycle.
 
It's all about having the right macro ratio at the end of the day. You're on the right track with your protein choices. Now Balance it out correctly with the right amount of fats and carbs

Keep the yolks brother. Might as well get your good fats from yolks. Egg whites taste like shit IMO

Agreed. Get your fats and sodium from your eggs... all I eat is whole eggs.

i have 12 eggs a day but only 2 whole ones however... when i make my egg white breakfast, i melt peanut butter inside the flip i do to make it an omelette type... that way, not only does it taste good but i get the fats i need all at once... i love whole eggs too, trust me but i never over do it on them, which you definitely can... IM SO GLAD you brought up pork tenderloin because people get it confused often with other types of pork... thats one of my secret weapons bro.. you DEFINITELY need to add that... also, one of my mega secrets that leaves me so fucking dry and TONS of protein is calamari... NOT the fried bull shit but fresh calamari steaks... just another option for you... i eat chicken every fucking day but most cannot do what i do and need to mix it up... these are just some great options... trust me, i have EVERY fucking trick in the book on diets... trust me bro
 
Calamari is the shit... always loved that being half Asian. Had some great calamari in Southern Italy. Amazing how well you can eat over there for chump change.

absolutely.. i started eating it when i lived in maui... just fuckin unreal and every single time i eat it i wake up so damn dry...

its hard to find it fresh like that if your not on the coast... so for you, yeah, impossible LOLL I never saw it once when i lived in iowa bro, not once.. when i was in maui, fuck, everywhere!
