33 6' 195lbs 11% body fat. I've been training since I was 21 off and on, been consistent the last 3 years. Diet is on point. I only eat clean. Macros 250carb 250 protein 60 fats.
I just cut some calories to help drop some body fat. I've competed in natural bodybuilding competitions before. My personal coach writes all my workout plans/nutrition. He doesn't know to much about cycle use, this is why I'm asking here.
What's wrong with planning ahead for my second cycle? I wanted to know what Dylan or any other experienced person had in mind for my second cycle.
