To runners or guy who actually do cardio

I don’t do cardio plain and simple but I got a physical test coming up on Friday and I’m worried about muscle cramping especially in my legs and endurance. Taurine I believe will help with the lactic acid burn, Coq10 for the heart, obviously potassium and magnesium for the muscle cramps, Cordyceps mushrooms for endurance. Did I miss anything or anything I should add?
 
i mean, all can help to an extent.. just make sure you are also getting in plenty of water and have an adequate amount of carbs... you ar likely over worrying about it but just do your best
 
Water, taurine and make sure electrolytes are balanced alongside the water.
