Can a testosterone dose of 100-150mg per week be beneficial for an endurance athlete such as a road cyclist or marathon runner?
Some say it helps recovery, red blood cell count, and replaces the testosterone you lose due to high volume training. Others claim it will only slow you down with added muscle mass, water weight and pumps.
I believe it would help as long as the dosage isnt high enough to add more than a couple pounds, hence the low dosage. In theory, 100-150mg should put your test levels higher than what a lucky guy could produce naturally.
Anybody have opinions on this? I would really like to hear from DylanGemelli...
