Test Cyp made with cottonseed oil?

My friend has test cyp 300mg and on the vial it says cotton seed oil has any one pinned test with cottonseed oil? Not sure where he got it from. I never seen test made with cottonseed I am also a newbie to AAS.

I've pinned gear in cottonseed oil before, and it was good to go. No PIP or issues whatsoever
