Just did chest today and I wouldn't even call it 100% day but I managed to press 335x2 today after a 3 set warm up. Not the heaviest but still a PR. With my new body weight increase I'll have to work on it to as close to 420 as I can. I'd like to bench twice my weight one day [emoji16] just a stupid goal but it would be cool to know I did it.
