About 8 months ago i injured my left shoulder due to heavy lifting. I had to take 2 weeks off the gym completely. after that i have not done direct shoulder work. Every time i do incline db press , after about 6-8 reps i feel my left shoulder, which is the one that got messed up, gives out a lot easier then the right. Its been 8 months and i want to start doing direct shoulder work but im not sure how to go about doing it without risking another injury. I tried some things out and the left shoulder is not weaker then the right, it just goes out faster then the right, and it feels like something is about to go wrong. I get 30% into my shoulder workout and i have to quit bevause i feel something is wrong. Has anyone had experience in training after a shoulder injury?
