Should I start SARMS

I am 24. I used to play football and track in high school. I am in shape. I am 5'11, 175 pounds. Which SARMS add muscle but not weight? I want to get into MMA. Help!

Well, for starters how do you expect to physically add new muscle tissue without adding weight? Unless you plan to drop the same amount of weight in bodyfat, you will add some weight. So, I guess what you want is a good recomposition stack. For those goaks here is what I'd run. You can get everything from www.sarmsx.com

1-12 Mk-2866 25mg per day dosed in the am
1-12 S4 50mg per day split 25mg am and 25mg 4-6 hours later
1-12 GW 20mg per day dosed 30 minutes preworkout
1-12 LGD 10mg per day dosed in the am

Clomid 50/25/25/25
GW 20mg per day

on non workout days you take it all at once in the a.m.

GW needs dosed every day. On days you don't workout just dose it the same time you normally would take it if you were working out

The GW in pct is the same thing so just continue it from your cycle and keep running it
