SDBronco Transformation Log

So I hit another 125mg of Tren alongside 100mg of Prop straight to the quad. Pinned myself in my recliner while watching family guy. Pushed down on the plunger right in the middle of a funny ass joke and I jumped and moved the needle out a quarter inch or so. Not wanting to fuck things up worse I kept pushing, left the plunger in for about 30 secs afterward to let the oil sit so it wouldn't pop back out but it did, probably lost 1/4cc of oil and the rest fucking leaked out into my subcutaneous. Fucking hurts I can feel it when I touch my skin lol. Good thing I enjoy the pain, up to a certain extent.
 
Damn its shit like this that makes me leary of pinning ever! Lol Leaked out? Like came all the way out of the skin entirely with blood or what?
Is this common when pinning, having the oil "leak" back out?

I occasionally get some very mild leakage, it's rare. I lose maybe 1-3 units max when this happens. Not sure why SD lost so much, he may have pulled out and was at the outer layer of muscle, I'm not sure. Needle size/length I'm sure could play a role tho.
 
More chicken and rice this morning, this time with Asparagus instead of broccoli, eyeballed half a pound. Going to the gym in 2 hours then a post workout shake and more chicken and rice afterwards. Still not getting old, putting lime juice and fresh lemon is keeping everything real fresh and I love it.

Also you either something is wrong with Tapatalk or my thread itself. It seems I can see some of your replies before I open the thread but once I open it it's like I'm missing a page. Weird but who cares. Ill probably check it later on from my pc

Okay so this morning I did 35 mins of steady state on the bicycle at a good pace. The pump in my quads was crazy I could barely bend my knees to walk afterwards.

The Tren is starting to do it's job, getting some slight aggression and my breathing has been feeling a little more labored. Blood pressure is still at the lower end of normal but heart rate is up from 64bpm resting to 75bpm. The first 10 mins of cardio I felt like I was gonna die lol. I feel like the GW really helped me push through the entire 35 mins.

The chicken was grilled but I baked the asparagus. I already prepped a ton of chicken a few days ago and I just added the asparagus to my prep for that meal. I've been having broccoli with the rest but I see myself eating more asparagus soon just to get in a little more fiber.
 
Workout today looked like this:

Incline DB Press 7 sets
1x15 w/50lbs, 2x12 w/65lbs
5x12 w/80lbs

Flat DB Press
3x15 w/70 lbs

Incline Dumbell Flys
4x15 w/25lbs

Flat DB Flys
3x10 w/30lbs

Cable Crossovers
4x15 I forget maybe 15lbs

And just like previously mentioned I did 35mins of cardio before lifting.

I enjoyed my post workout shake it's the only sweet tasting thing I get all day. Afterwards I enjoyed more chicken and brown rice. I'm considering possibly switching to white jasmine rice in a few weeks depending on how things go as far as my digestion is concerned.

It's not that common but it does happen. I thought I used a 1.5 inch 25g needle but I actually grabbed a 1inch 27g and I didn't go deep enough plus I accidentally pulled it out a little half way through. It's not common but it happens, it's more common when guys try to inject too much oil at once.
 
Alright today was a little bit of good and bad. I will now be running winny from here on out to the end of the cycle. I also tried out a cialis/viagra combo preworkout today. I've heard it's good for pumps and delivering nutrient rich blood cells to the muscles faster for better growth and recovery.

Today I made it through my 35mins of high paced steady state cardio on the bike today but once I left to hit the weights it was over pretty quick. The pumps I got were fucking intense although they felt different than your normal pumps you get from AAS. It's hard to explain, instead of a centralized burning type feeling I usually get in the muscle (the way I would describe the pumps I'm used to getting) it felt more like my arms where expanding from the inside with blood. It was more uncomfortable than it was painful. Half way through my bicep workout all I could think was "wow this actually works".

No hot chicks in yoga pants at the gyms today, or at least not very many so I managed to stay soft my entire workout lol. Good thing too I as I normally workout in sweats.
 
This is what my workout looked like today which was cut short due to a killer pump I was not ready for.

Winny, cialis and viagra taken 1.5 hours preworkout.

35 mins of steady state on bicycle, resistance set on 10 done at a moderately high pace.

Close grip pull-ups
3x10
Preacher curls
3x12 35lbs then 3x8 at 45lbs
Ez curl barbell curls
3x15 with 70lbs

Low row machine 165lbs 1 set of 20 and 185lbs 1 set of 15.

By the end of the last set of EZ bar curls my arms were completely filled with blood, it wasn't painful so to speak but it felt very uncomfortable if that makes any senses . It was hard to move my arms around in between sets, I had to wait for the pump to die down a little before I picked up the weights again. I am definitely not at the point that n which I can push past it 100%. I was already completely pumped out by the end of the second exercise but I ignored the discomfort and kept pushing as I had plenty of strength left. This didn't work it lead to the most insane pump I've ever felt, not mind blowing but pretty damn close.

It made me a little upset and ego hurt cause I know i could have done much more if I didnt get such a big pump. It's possible the Winstrol could have also played a roll in this

Side effects: Im starting to pee more often which is bound to get worse as the winny will start to kick in a little.
Definitely seeing an increased ability to do work in the gym. Breathing is slightly labored but the GW is making it much easier to handle. My cardio health feels a lot better for all it's worth.
Having trouble getting a solid nights sleep which was 100% to be expected. Although I find myself sleeping 4-5 hours some days then like 12+ hours easily on my days off. I'm actually taking naps too which was unthinkable last Tren cycle.

I am having some aggressive tendencies but I am handling it like a champ this time around and I'm pretty proud of it. If I didn't actually tell my wife what I was taking (she asks sometimes) she would have no clue I'm on Tren.
 
Tired AF today but still hitting the gym during lunch, 35 mins of cardio then 25 mins of shoving chicken, rice, and broccoli down my face like it's the last meal on earth.

I made minor changes, I got tired of the cilantro and lime so now I'm eating it with wasabi mustard and sirriacha. There were a few days in which I skipped the AM whey protein isolate and only consumed it preworkout only but I honestly don't think that makes a major difference.

I've been drinking a ton of zero calorie water and diet soda...those types of things help me diet withot cheating often but I feel like a I'm holding extra water due to it but I'm not sure it could just be

FML tapatalk is pissing me off, making it harder to post on the go as I'm getting more and more busy these days...I can't read my posts or other people's post too, I may have to switch to the web browser completely. Fking iPhone do not go buy that bullshit lol. At least I'm staying more calm even tho being on tren right now.
 
Yea i just found out itd 100% due to my iPhone and the tren rage. Works perfect on android i may have to switch if i cant fix this iPhone, now back to the log! Lol
 
Ok so I just had my body fat actually checked using an "electric capilers" which all you do is hold them in front of your body and it gives you a reading. I got a 17.6% reading at 232 lbs. Not sure how accurate that may be but if it is then I have 192lbs of lean mass which would mean I would be very lean around 208-210. My goal is to keep my recomp going, so far I'm up 7 lbs from 3 weeks ago but I have definitely bigger, although I'm the exact same weight in which I started the log 232 (pretty much give it take). If my calculations are right then 208 would be 8% body fat.

Also I may be lighter cause the 232 I took today was fully clothed.

I'm not sure if I should keep trying to train for size now and then do a mini cut later the last 3 weeks to get lean or if I should cut calories now for the next 3 weeks and increase them the last 3 weeks to fill out. Any input on this will be appreciated although I'm thinking keep training hard now and cutting later and trying to hold onto size the last 3 weeks may be easier to do.

Now to go lift, another 35 mins of cardio and shoulders and back again with some calf work thrown in. I'll update what I actually did a the gym later when I'm done.
 
Just talked to a buddy of mine, according to him the measurement could definitely be off due to how much water you are holding and the type of shirt you are wearing LOL. I'll have to check it again when I'm fully hydrated and wearing a tank top for a more accurate reading. According to my buddy I could be as low as 15 or as high as 20 in reality. Eventually I'll stop BSing and I'll get a dexa scan in a few weeks before the cycle is over or maybe near the very end. Then I'll compare to the capilers for accuracy.

Im going to try to get a weekly reading for your guys until the end of the contest and for myself of course to help me gauge my progress.


I never got below 220 before starting the cycle like I thought I would but definitely be getting be there in the next 5-6 weeks. Hopefully winny at 50mg a day spares my muscle mass.
 
Is it an Omron handheld type device? "Electric calipers" That is what I use, and it does vary so when I want an actual reading I run it 10 times through a day and average the readings. This morning it showed me at 15.4% but last night I was at 13.8% - both of which seem wrong because my 10x reading average when I am trying to record bf% comes to about 14.5%.

BF% estimating is a pain in the dick.
