SARM's PCT: the new guy.

Hi I'm new to the world of SARM's.

My stats: 5'7" 177lbs 17%bf 46yrs

My eating: I track my food in take carbs, fats & protein daily using MFP. I eat very clean grilled or baked meat, vegetables steamed or grilled brown rice or sweet potato also love fruit.

My vitamins: Fish oil, liv-52, milk thistle, animal pack multivitamin, apple cider mix ect.

My fitness: Working out for 25yrs + yes that includes cardio. Did my first cycle of test 250 at age 41. I do two cycles per year of only test.

My goals: I'm very happy continue the way I am not looking to put lot of harsh chemicals in my body.

SARM's: I'm now coming to learn a bit about SARM's and the harsh side of it is null if any.

Short term: I have my last 2 bottle of test going to start my cycle October 1st for 8wks.

My PCT:Clomid 50/50/25/25
Nolva 40/20/20/20.

My question: I'm think of ordering the following from sarmsx.com
Platinum PCT Stack: 4 weeks
1 x LiquiClo
1 x LiquiNol
1 x LiquiAro
1 x Cardarine (GW-501516)
1 x Ostarine (MK-2866)

I'm thinking of not using my pill base clomid & nolva and using all items from sarmsx.
I'm unclear on dosage or if daily or eod on items I've listed.

After this test cycle My long term goal is to switch over to SARM's 100%.

you want to stay where you are at 17% bf? im just asking not being a dick why not run test with sarms they are awesome and will take it to a whole different level. i run it with mine and love it. i would start with test and the triple stack for 12 weeks

Is this only a four week PTC cleanse. Typically I would run and 8-Wk PCT cleanse.

My overall goal is to put more size on stay in that 15% bf +/-3%.

So what stack would you recommend just a curiosity if I was to run it with my test.

Keep in mind I know little about these products you would have to be specific like you did for the PCT information.

Also if I add the sarms to my cycle does my PTC change?

That is a 4 week pct. that is correct. That should be more than sufficient for you, unless you were to go on a very long cycle which would require more for recovery. Your pct won't change at all by adding sarms into your cycle with test.

For your goals of adding more size, I have the best sarms to add that will be perfect for you to aid your test cycle. Here is what I would add in for 12 weeks with all dosage and dose timing, etc...

that is a solid stack, and i would drop the n2gaurd there are better and cheaper supports for that i was just reading that some are coming up short, i cant remember if any of my stacks were short on anything but if it bothered me i would remember i suppose all i know as i have been happy with my gains on every sarms stack whether it was short or not hell sometimes i would miss a dose or 2 here and there anyways so i had enuff

I honestly wouldn't waste your money on N2guard bro. It's 3 times the price it needs to be. Just get some CEL cycle assist. It's inly 30 bucks a bottle and very effective.

The kinks I gave you will provide everything you need for the 12 weeks cycle and oct except RAD140. You will need 3 more bottles to complete the full 12 weeks at the 20mg per day dose

Which stack are you talking about? Liquidaro is part of the pct platinum stack but not the sarms stack because it is not needed with sarms since sarms do not aromatize into estrogen. In rare cases, those that are gyno prone sometimes will run a low dose of Aromasin during a sarms cycle but it's typically not needed at all

For this particular cycle I'm going to use the SARMs stack as Rick has laid out for me with Super Test 450.

Only doing 1/2ml 2x wk for 500ml of the ST450.

I intend to also to add the following into my PCT cycle please advise if you feel otherwise.
HCGenerate ES & N2 Guard.

I understand Rick point that there a cheaper products out there like N2G. But it's not a matter of money it's about my overall health. I'd rather have the best to cleanse my body.
