Decreased Reps but Increased weights. Stuck to program AS IS. Didn't add any extra exercises or supersets. Felt good.

GW is helping with endurance and decreased Rests between sets. Adding 10secs of Jumping Jack's after each set for a short cardio burst.

Already thinking of my next stack. Haven't ran YK-11 before so thinking of running that. Been looking for @DylanGemelli pinned post on all the sarm protocols but havent been able to find. Saw his videos and articles on YK-11 but really havent seen or read anything about what it can be stacked with. Now that im on TRT (200mg Test C per week split 3x Subq) really wanna run YK-11. The benefits sound impressive.

What can it be stacked with for best recomp results? Was thinking...

10mg YK-11 (split AM/PM)
20mg GW
50mg Proviron (keep me feeling and working great)


Anything else better stacked with YK11 than this? Thanks
 
Also, wife is currently on 3rd month of semalgutide. She's lost about 20lbs so far. Keeping her protein up and taking creatine everyday. She works out Orange Theory twice a week. Thinking of getting her on GW 10mg per day. Would that help with faster/greater fatloss?

I would graduate her to retatrutide. its far superior to semaglutide.

that stack is perfectly fine. I would even consider dropping the proviron to 25 mg just to save some money.

Choices should NOT be made on the basis of what you not used yet vs what works for your aims.

I mean I've never sky dived... but I hate heights too lol

very exciting layout buddy. I think you'll have good potential on this. You should also look at some of these peptides as well.

GW is really good for endurance. I've never really found it to be a good fat burner though.

Good point lol. I know the benefits of yk11 and wanted to run it but didnt wanted the heavy suppression. Now that im on trt I would like to run it. That's what I meant. Lol
