I placed an order today(lgd s4 and mini pct) as Dylan recommended.

Writing my stats again, 177cm / 76kg / 22 years old / %14.8 bodyfat

Firstly I've been workin out for 14months and this is my transformation 64kg--76kg http://prntscr.com/d1aa8k (top one is not a girl, it's me)

I've never been a LEAN guy even when i was 64kg with 1.77height, it's kinda strange. Whatever here are my questions,

1. simple one, what would you do if u were me? I wanna bulk but i wanna get leaner at the same time. Can i do both with cardios? My caloric need is 2830 to maintain. What i get if i increase it by 250 calories and do cardios?

2.There is GW in my pct and it's recommended for fat loss, so can i use 3weeks of PCT period AS definition period by lowering calories? If I could use should i do hard(but lean) bulk for 12week sarms cycle and do definiton in PCT period with GW?

3.Can i use amix zma(2000mg Tribulus Terrestris, 15mg zinc, 225mg magnesium, 5.25mg B6) instead of DAA ?

4. This is about question1, according to what you suggest, what should macros be?

Thanks for reading, I'm not asking this only Dylan but also everyone. I wanna hear all thoughts. Edit: I'm completely ready to live like a machine.

You can recomp, but it is extremely hard to do correctly. You have the right compounds but you just need to structure things for a recomp. The thing is that there is no real secret on how to do that correctly. Everyone is different. I'd probably eat at a slight surplus of 200-300 per day very clean foods. Low fat and moderate carbs with high protein. Then add daily cardio to that aboyt 30 minutes.

Do not eat at a defecit in pct. Eat at least at maintenance. You never want to cut in pct

Zma and tribulus is nothing even remotely comparable to DAA so you can't expect the same from it

MK677/Ostarine/LGD/ etc etc are all great for helping you to achieve a solid recomp.

I think Rick gave you sound advice regarding diet and I would follow his lead there for sure.

i like to start everyone doing a recomp a bit below maintenance... if you eat right to accommodate it and you are running the right compounds, you can gain a significant amount of size while dropping body fat... im just over 6 weeks in on my cycle and i eat far under maintenance and im up over 15lbs already and body fat is still in the 5-6% range...

eat with this ratio... 55-60% protein, 25% carbs and 10-15% fats

so, what i got from this is that even i cut down the calories like 250 from maintanence, these products still provide me lean mass right?

yes bro... sarms are designed to prevent muscle wastage... they absolutely will provide lean mass as long as you are eating properly... protein is your friend when recomping especially... now if you were bulking then you would be eating above maintenance but this is a different scenario...

Okay, I'll go like this for the first month, then we consider again according to results and may change the calories. I will start a log when i start to run them.

That's a good plan bro. Keep in mind that there are no cookie cutter plans that work for everyone. Diets have to be customized to the individual through experience and trial and error
