you can run it at 60 if you like, it wont cause sides there... generally you start at 50, so you can just go to the 8.5-9 mark on the dropper or you can just run it at the full dropper at 60... either way is fine...

mk677 can be started anytime bro... it makes no difference... you can start it right now if you want.. it needs to be ran for a year continuously without cycling off... for 2866, you can start it 2-3 weeks after you complete your mini pct...
