I'm 23yrs old, 5'8 180~ been training on/off or 5 years
Still tweaking my diet to see what works best for me, I'll be shooting for a nice recomp this next couple of months.
I was thinking of staggering mk2866 and ldg4033 for a nice 12 week cycle as follows
week 1-8 10mg lgd4033
week 6-12 25mg mk2866
-
then m1-mk the last weeks
How does that sound? I'm staggering it to see how my body reacts to each sarm, unless you think 8 weeks on both would be better...
or would you recommend rad140 in lieu of lgd4033?
