Hi guys, first time posting here, I'm looking for some advice here.
I've done one cycle before, with just Test had some awesome results.
atm I'm:
28 years, 5,9' , 15% BF, been training for 12 years, done one cycle with Test E 12wk 400mg/wk, with a full PCT ofc.
now I want to do my second cycle and I would like to do a recomp/cut cycle if that is even possible?.
so I was thinking of doing (im still researching and learning)
12 weeks,
week 1-12: Test E 500 mg/wk
week 1-4: Tbol 50mg/ day (to kickstart and help me recomp)
week 9-12: Winstrol 50mg/day
week 10-12: HCG
week 12-14: Nolvadex/Clomid
I was thinking I would bulk up until I start the cycle, then recomp for the first 4 weeks and then start a cut, when running just the test and then finish off to get really lean and hard with winstrol
My question is, how does one go about Recompositioning? other than the drugs.
Any form of training? (other than weights ofc.) metabolic conditioning AND cardio? or just metcon?
And the diet ofc is important? but how does it work?? cut on the weekdays, bulk on the weekends or? xD
I know how to bulk and cut, but doing it at the same time, I would like to learn, and can't seem to find anything about it online.
so, I'm here to learn throw your knowledge at me! ^_^
