Hi everyone, first time poster long time visitor, considering trying SARMS particularly for recomp... Here are my stats:
Age 49
Height 5'9
Weight 178
Body fat % 12.5
Years of training 2
Complete cycle history (compounds, doses, lengths of time, when they were run) None
PCT for each cycle
Goals gain muscle 5-10lbs, get to 10-11% BF
Supplements (if any) Juiced Amino, Creatine, Leucine, Karbolyn
General idea of nutrition (any food allergies???) No allergies, working with a nutrition plan
Any other relevant info (injuries, surgeries you've had, etc.) working out 4-5 days weeks, 2 of the day German Volume training hitting all major groups 2x week, 80-90min cardio per week

I've read that LGD4033 and Cardarine would be a good "beginner stack" 6 week cycle, not sure if it's strong enough to do what I want.... Looking for suggestions and I will plan to get pre blood work done.. I do not know if I'm low T.

Thanks in advance!
Sean

literally makes no sense... 6 weeks? sarms do not even peak until week 8 and need to be ran 12 weeks... for your goals, this is what an ideal cycle would look like.. .

1-12 lgd-4033 (ANABOLICUM) 10 mg per day dosed once a day in the a.m.
1-12 S4 (ANDARINE) 50 mg day... split doses... 25 mg in the a.m. and 25 mg 4-6 hours later
9-12 DGA POST CT https://www.dganutrition.com/pct/post-ct

Mini pct 13-16

clomid 50/25/25/25
gw-501516 20 mg day

That is a great stack Dylan has recommended , Ive ran all those compounds before . LGD is the king of mass gains for sarms , S4 has great strength , hardness and lean gain potential. Just make sure your diet and training is on point . You get out of it what you put in.
