Pure Essence Triple Stack SARMs Log

cybrsage said:
Ah, Everclear - yep, that is the taste. Always hated it. :) I put the dropper WAY back in my mouth so it is on the tongue less. Speaking of droppers and dosing, does anyone know the dosing of the Liquid Viagra?

So far I have noticed no changes from the SARMs, though I did not expect to notice anything yet.

Tonight I did Back Day. I do a reverse pyramid style, where each set of reps is done to one short of failure. IOW, if I tried to do one more I would fail in the attempt. Form must be kept proper as well, if form starts to suffer the weight must be reduced.

Bent over single hand rows: 15 @ 55lbs, 4 @ 70, 6 @ 65, 8 @ 55, 20 @ 30
Wide grip pull downs: 15 @ 170lbs, 4 @ 195, 6 @ 175, 8 @ 155, 20 @ 95
Narrow grip rows: 15 @ 150lbs, 4 @ 70, 6 @ 130, 8 @ 110, 20 @ 50
Dead Lifts: 15 @ 160lbs, 4 @ 200, 6 @ 180, 8 @ 170 - Dead Lifts do not get the last set of 20.

It's very early so you won't see changes just yet. It won't be too long before I'm sure you start noticing body composition changes and performance increases

Will be following this log for sure! I plan to run the same stack at the end of the summer so it will be perfect timing to see how you finish up. Interested to see how much the S4 suppresses natural test production also.

I cannot help with how much S4 suppresses natural test production - I am on TRT. My natural test is a pathetic 153.
EDIT: I just finished doing a lot of searching and found that most people had their total test drop by 200 points, with many having it drop by half, when finished with an 8 or 10 week S4 run. Their FSH and LH levels did not change at all, which made PCT a breeze.

I had a VERY deep sleep last night - first in a long time. I would like to say it is the SARMs, since that is the only thing I have changed, but I cannot be certain. If it continues, then I will know. I did wake up with a sore neck - but I know that is because I slept so soundly I am sure I slept with my head at a bad angle. That is the way it feels, like I slept on it wrong. Some good stretching should help considerably.

No vision sides from the S4, but it is way too soon to have them yet anyway.

Today is shoulder day, will rip them up later tonight.

Shoulder day today. First, I realized I was dosing the GW wrong. I was so used to doing 0.5ml for the other doses that I have been doing the same for the GW. It should be a full ML instead - so I have only been getting a half dose. I am sure it will make a big difference. Also, do not forget to shake the GW, the stuff comes out of solution in the bottle and settles at the bottom.

Current weights for shoulder day. Same reverse pyramid setup as chest day - every day is setup that way.
Military press: 15 @ 40lbs, 4 @ 45, 6 @ 40, 8 @ 35, 20 @ 17.5
Side lateral raises: 15 @ 25, 4 @ 35, 6 @ 30, 8 @ 22.5, 20 @ 10
Front lateral raises: 15 @ 25, 4 @ 35, 6 @ 25, 8 @ 20, 20 @ 10
Shrugs: 20 @ 65, 15 @ 65, 20 @ 65

Tomorrow is leg day - I love the way leg day hurts. I always had chicken legs throughout my life and recently I actually had someone at the gym what I do in order to get my legs to look so good. :) Talk about something that helps me work harder!

Definitely always shake before each use but especially with gw... You will really see a difference once you get the dosing dialed in bro... Sounds like you are off to a great start and I am really looking forward to your continued results! keep the updates coming brother!

many sarms users have reported improved sleep brother... it is very common... i am sure they are giving you this type of benefit as well...

Very nice updates so far brother! I loving the detail in your log. I'm interested to see how the next week or two goes for you, when things really start working well. Keep the updates coming

OK, so now that I am properly dosing GW, I am pretty sure I am feeling its effect during my workouts. My recovery time between sets was faster tonight even though I GREATLY increased my weight pushed. Placebo effect? Maybe, but I don't care if it is. :)

Onto the number for Leg Day. Again, same reverse pyramid where each set is taken to failure.

Squats: 15 @ 160lbs, 4 @ 320, 6 @ 270, 8 @ 230
Leg extentions: 15 @ 170lbs, 4 @ 220, 6 @ 180, 8 @ 160
Leg curls: 15 @ 135lbs, 4 @ 175, 6 @ 150, 8 @ 135
Calf raises: 20 @ body weight + 25lbs, 20 @ body weight + 25lbs, 20 @ body weight + 25lbs

I slept very well last night too. If it is the SARMs, I will have to figure out which is the main culprit and how to stay on it forever. :)
No vision sides from the S4.

I DID have a wonderful even happen while squatting. This young, blonde, attractive, fit woman (mid 20s probably) was watching my friend and I put the weights on my bar. He convinced me to greatly increase my weights because "you are a beast who can do it". Well, with that endorsement, and her watching, how could I say no. As I shouldered the bar, I saw her watching me in the mirror and she smiled at me. When I put on six 45 pound plates and two 25 pound plates, she looked impressed and then smiled big at me as I completed my set of four, with a lot of effort, but I did them. She then proceeded to do bent over standing rows directly in front of me for the rest of my sets. She had very well built legs, so I am sure she loves doing squats.

I was amazingly flattered, and happy, and proud - but also a little concerned since I am married (28 years this past April). She is young, fit, hot, and impressed by me...everything that can tempt a man. The only thing that could improve upon it is if she offered to cook for me. I am a little sad, but also greatly relieved, that she did not stop over and talk to me at all. I do not wear my ring to work out - too much of a change to cause bodily harm to my fingers, IMO. It is women like her that are trouble!

Lol, great story brother. Sometimes a hot chick is all the motivation you need to push through a barrier and kill a good set. It happens to me too from time to time, and it definitely feels great when it happens, even though I'm also a happily married man.

You just made me think of a story, I'm going to have to share with everyone that will give a good laugh from yesterday

nice bro! im seeing more women stories pop up which means we are doing something right here!!

Great to hear the progress and the recovery... now that you have proper dosing, you will see a significant change each day bro... just keep working hard because you can make more and more progress by pushing harder and allowing for vo2 max capacity to grow!

Very nice log here brother

"At the age of six I wanted to be a cook. At seven I wanted to be Napoleon. And my ambition has been growing steadily ever since."

So yesterday was Arm Day - and I would have posted about it, but my arms were too sore to type. Then I slept from 1AM until 2PM today and am still a little tired. I am sure I needed the sleep! Today I think I am going to do a little cardio, maybe just 15 mins at 135bpm. Slowly working my way back up to 20 mins at 135bpm, which is what I do 3 to 4 times a week during a cut. I have not done cardio for months now due to bulking.

I am definitely recovering faster between sets. I used to take at least 20 seconds of my allowable 30 seconds between sets to get a quick drink. Now I wait only as long as it takes to change the weight...which is maybe 5 or 10 seconds max.

Here are my numbers from Arm Day. Again, it is still reverse pyramid style (for the most part) with each set done to failure.

Dumbell bicep curls: 15 @ 40 lbs, 4 @ 50, 6 @ 45, 8 @ 40
Dumbell hammer curls: 15 @ 35 lbs, 4 @ 45, 6 @ 40, 8 @ 35
Straight bar cable system curls reverse superset: Start at the highest I can do 4 reps and then drop 10 pounds and do 4 more reps, etc. Started at 72.5 lbs.
Machine tricep: 15 @ 145 lbs, 4 @ 175, 6 @ 145, 8 @ 130
Cable system Y rope tricep pull down: 15 @ 60 lbs, 4 @ 70, 6 @ 60, 8 @ 50
Cable system Y rope tricep pull down superset Start at the highest I can do 4 reps and then drop 5 pounds and do 4 more reps, etc. Started at 70 lbs.

Enjoying the log bro...keep at it!

I went to the gym today to do some cardio. I was feeling VERY good and VERY alive by the time I got there (took the second dose of S4 and the GW 30 mins before heading to the gym - which is literally only 5 mins from my house). I decided to see what my max squat weight is, using a pyramid setup of 4 reps. If I can do 4 reps of a certain weight, I increase it and see if I can do 4 more reps at the new weight, if so, increase it, ad infinitum. I warmed up using 10 reps at 110 lbs. Did 4 @ 290, then 4 @ 380, then tried to do 4 @ 470 and failed doing the third rep. That god there are catches for such an event because I went down. I could feel it starting to happen as I pushed upwards the third time so I was ready for it and just allowed it to happen, slowing it only slightly to prevent injury. I had already tested the catches to make sure they were set at a good height to prevent injury (I ALWAYS do that before putting on any weights at all). Made some noise, a little embarrassment, but that is all. Seeing as I had a lot of weight on there, the embarrassment was low (and almost no one was in the gym at this time of night). Still, I did 2 reps at 470, so I feel good about that.

I then went to the cardio and decided to do 10 minutes. After 8 minutes of cardio, I felt alive and empowered still, so I upped it to 12 with a 3 minute cool down. I still felt good afterwards, but I did not want to overdo it.

The GW is DEFINATELY working. I should have felt dead and wiped out by then, but I felt alive instead. Pretty amazing stuff.

EDIT: I forgot to add, still no vision sides from the S4, dosed at 50mg a day divided into two 25mg doses (AM and PM).

That's some awesome lifts on squats bud. Nice numbers, and that GW really seems to be helping. Keep killing it man

It's so weird to me how different each of us can all be. I've read some people say they had vision sides pretty darn quick from the s-4 and then others went right through their cycle with no sides.

I took the gw50 prior to going to Kung fu tonight. Avtually, the lead instructor sia it would be best for me to do a few months of stretching and limbering routines and not take the king fu classes yet...and he is right.

Last week these classes killed me. This week the STILL killed me but I recovered very quickly between the different ones we did. At the end I was not completely dead. I only have the GW50 to credit for this.

I still have chest day to do today. A week of S4 with no sides...I am going to move to 75mg for this week and see what is up.

I will post how chest day went later.

That's excellent brother... You will only continue to see more of that and that is in direct correlation with the gw... It will only enhance throughout bro... Please keep the updates coming and keep pushing yourself to get the most out of it!
