Pure essence rad 140 log

Thanks to dylan i received my rad 140. I took my first dose this morning(11.05.15).
Here's some specifics:

My background & training:
47 years old. I train 7 days per week, 5 days weight training & 2 days of cardio, which lasts 1 hour for each session. I utilize ryan hughes blast training, which consists of training most sets to failure & includes many supersets, dropsets & giant sets. From my years of experimenting with different rep ranges, my body responds best to this form of training. In addition i prefer the look of a physique competitor & this training helps me achieve that goal.
Weight is 189 lbs with 8.4% body fat

meds:
Trt with 200mg test cyp weekly, which i have been on for about 1 year
rad 140--20 mg q am x 12 weeks

supps:
Creapure- 5 grams post workout
vitargo- post workout
protein factory whey isolate- tid
preworkout

diet:
3000-3500 cals daily just to maintain my current weight . I am very strict with my diet & eat primarily chicken breast & jasmin rice. I get my fats from natural peanut butter & nuts n more peanut butter. I also use rich piana's real food & p28 bagels for additional carbs. I may have a cheat meal every 3 weeks but just depends on how i look as well if i feel depleted.

Goal:
Continue to reduce body fat while increasing lean mass

i will update frequently & give 100% while on rad 140.

nice bro... sarms tend to do that to you in terms of keeping on and on in the gym... thanks for the detailed log... keep the updates coming!

Day 3- cardio 1 hour & 10 minute abs. No change but i did not anticipate much since it is soon into my cycle & rad is not specifically for endurance.
Day 4- biceps & triceps
bicep strength & endurance was no different.
Triceps- this is were rad shined today. I started with tricep close grip on the flat bench. It did 1 drop after each set. My last set was 225 x 10 then drop & do 185 x 10.
Now you have to understand i am 47 yo & my body at this age best responses to high reps & moderate, challenging weight. However, even when i was younger & used heavy
ass weight, i have only twice close gripped 225 x 10. Not only did i do it this time but i dropped & did 185 x 10. Amazing! Also, my last exercise of 6 for triceps was seated machine push downs. Now remember after many , many sets i was able to push the whole stack(245 lbs) for 10 reps. I do not even train really heavy but my triceps felt so strong that i just went for it. Can not wait to see what is about to come in the next few weeks.

Very nice update bro! Impressive numbers, and its apparent that RAD is going very well for you ALREADY!! Considering how early in the cycle it is, I think you are in fir some serious gains :)

Day 5-chest
my performance was similar to previous workouts prior to using rad. However, i only slept for 3 hours the night prior & then worked 10 hours then finally made it to the gym. So with this in mind, i was still able to power through a grueling workout without any difficulty.
Physically i just feel leaner & harder. My weight is up to 191 so i gained 2 lbs. I measured by body fat & it's still holding at 8.4%. I have however had a few minor breakouts on my face & neck so rad may affect hormonal balance.
Day 6- 1 hour cardio, 10 minutes of abs, calves
cardio was a breeze. Felt really strong throughout. Finally getting a good nights sleep of course helped. My attitude is remains very positive so rad has not had any change in my attitude in any negative way. Just feel like i can not wait to get back in the gym because i feel like i am headed in a positive direction. Leaner, vascular, stronger....
Btw i should note i have very limited aas experience. I did 2 cycles d-bol in my teens, 1 cycle winstrol in my 30s, & about 4 months ago a lean/bulk cycle. So i my respond better to sarms due to my limited aas experience. Something to consider...

Nice progress bro. It's ajways a good sign when your weight increases while keeping the same bodyfat. That's pretty amazing being this early in the cycle

Day 6-back
had another excellent workout with plenty of endurance & a slight increase in most movements. I always finish with deadlifts. I prefer to do them at the end when i am completely drained just to really push myself. My last set was 455 x 7, which i normally do not go that high but instead i just perform for high reps. I felt good though so i want to continue to push it.
Day 7-shoulders & abs
started with side laterals in a pyramid set. This really had my shoulder veins popping & the pump was intense. I have heard rad has been compared to anavar. I can kinda see why. The pumps are awesome but some discomfort but i love the pain...it's gains.
Day 8-arms (biceps & triceps) & abs
continue to feel great. The slight increases in strength just feed my confidence which snowballs.
Physically my weight remains at 191. I had my first cheat meal on 11.12.15 in about a month. I think it was beneficial. It filled out my physique & added to my stamina today for a tough arm workout.
I continue to have breakouts on my face & neck but minor.

Really impressive deadlifts bro! Sounds like everything is going well. Thanks for the update!

Day 9- 1 hour cardio. Stair climber for 45 mins & it went smooth.
Day 10- chest
i started with incline dumbbells superset with incline flyes. 5 sets with my last set being 110 x 6 & 40 lb fly x 12. I felt stronger & it was better than the week prior( 100 x 5 on incline as a straight set).
While being on rad, it's just a steady, slight strength increase. Not dramatic but just a nice smooth steady increase. Tomorrow i will again take my body fat.i feel tighter & appear leaner in the mirror so i am anxious to see if a difference. My weight remains stable at 191.

excellent progress brother... its so encouraging to see this kind of progress while potentially losing body fat in the process... great work so far!

Day 11- back
Above average back day. Always finish with deadlifts. I wanted to rep it out today so did 225 x 20, 315 x 15 reps x 4 sets, 225 x 20 again.
Performed my 2 week body fat measurement using the Jackson/ pollock 4 method. Great news-went from 8.4% to 6.8. Also lost 1 lb so down to 190. Looking in the mirror I could just tell I looked leaner & the measurement proved it.
